Haven students dazzle in “The Wizard of Oz”
More than 100 students helped tell the story of Dorothy and her journey through Oz last month! Haven Middle’s production of “The Wizard of Oz” was completely student-run, from props to lighting cues to costumes.
Family members and students from Haven’s feeder elementary schools (Kingsley, Lincolnwood, Orrington, and Willard) followed the proverbial yellow brick road to Haven’s auditorium, which was transformed from Kansas to the inside of a tornado to Oz and back! The cast put on a total of six performances.
